Air Fryer Corn On The Cob — EASY & AMAZING

AIR FRYER CORN ON THE COB/ EASY & AMAZING

(AIR FRYER CORN ON THE COB/ EASY & AMAZING)

If you run out of oven space like I do often on Thanksgiving or Christmas or someday where you’re
cooking a lot of different dishes, the air fryer can be a lifesaver. And so today I’m going to show you how I make air fryer corn on the cob. I’ve got four years of corn here, and I’m going to go ahead and put a little oil on them. Now, you could just use like vegetable oil. I’ve got this jalapeno olive oil that I’m going to put on them. Not a lot. It’s just to get a little bit of a coating to hold some of the seasonings. Just a nice drizzle. Let’s go ahead and roll everybody around in the oil. Get them coated. I’m going to hit these with a little bit of kosher salt, just roll them around. I’m also going to hit mine with some tahin. Nice sprinkling of this all over. You don’t have to do this, but this is a great flavor on corn. Kind of brings in that street corn flavor, and we’ll probably sprinkle some more on these after
they’re done. All right, let’s get these in the air fryer. So I have my air fryer set for 380° and 15 minutes. We’re going to let this Preheat and it usually
takes between 10 and 15 minutes to cook ears of corn like this in the air fryer. We’ll check at about 10 minutes. Might take a little bit longer. Size really does matter when you’re
doing corn in the cob in here. All right, time to add the food. Going to get our corn in here. And we’ll check these at the 10 minute mark. All right, we’re almost to 10 minutes. Let’s take a look at our corn. Oh, that’s looking good. Give it a little turn here. And you can just poke one of the kernels or see how they’re feeling. I think they need just a little bit more. So we’re going to go probably another three or four more minutes. All right, we’ve been going 13 minutes. Let’s check our corn. I think it’s probably done. That is looking really good. Oh yeah, That is what I want. I want the corn, at least for me to have a little bit of a bite, not be mushy. That’s the way I like it. I don’t like to overcook corn, so I’m going to go ahead and plate this up so we can have a taste. All right, here’s our finished corner of the cob. I’m going to sprinkle some more tahin on here. I really like this. You can put anything you want on here. If you want to add butter to this, go ahead. But when I season it like this, I don’t like to add butter. I think that flavor there just from that seasoned olive oil, which you don’t have to use, that’s
great, but also the tahini and just that little bit of salt. So let’s have a taste. I’m just going to use my hands. Not going to put any holders in here. Let’s take a bite. OK, all I can say is I’ve cooked corner on the cob many many ways. Doing it this way in the air fryer with some extra little special seasonings, this may be the best
corn on the cob I’ve ever made. A.
